He appears in at least three distinct scenes in Trailer 2: once in what looks like a luxury office or penthouse in Ambrosia, once in a tense conversation with other characters, and once observing something from a distance with an expression of cold calculation. His wardrobe — tailored suits, expensive watch, understated luxury — places him firmly in the upper echelons of Leonida society. This is not a street-level criminal.

His character design suggests someone who operates at the intersection of legitimate business and organized crime — a cartel financier, a corrupt developer, a political power broker, or possibly all three. This type of antagonist would be new for GTA, which has typically featured more overtly criminal villains. A villain who hides behind respectability, political connections, and legal firewalls would present different challenges than a typical gang boss.
